We are sorry if you have difficulties with your cuckoo clock. But due to the large numbers of cuckoo clock customers, who own clocks just like yours, there are people around who can help you. We listed here some cuckoo clock service & repair stations we know or which are mentioned by the clock manufacturer itself. For sure there are others as well – but to give you quick help we started right now with those.
In a first step check out which clock manufacturer your clock build. If you know the name than these contacts might help you:

Please do not send the Clock right away to one of the service & repair stations prior to contacting them over the phone. Sometimes they can help you by talking to them and finding the solution for your problem – or they just tell you that they do not have the right part in stock and it´s better to contact somebody else. Sometimes they even got out of business. So before you start shipping – please get in contact with the one you choose.

When returning your clock for service – please do not include pine cone weights and top ornament. They add to shipping costs. Pack your clock in corrugated cardboard, then cushion it well in a strong cardboard box, so that it arrives safely at its destination. Do not forget to include a note with your name and address and a statement concerning the problem with the clock.
